Darragh Healy

Overview

Darragh is an accomplished solicitor at Healy Crowley & Co Solicitors. Prior to joining the family practice, he honed his skills through extensive training and work at A&L Goodbody LLP in Dublin.

Before returning to Cork, Darragh gained valuable international experience, contributing significantly to his professional growth. Clodagh Grace

Overview 

Clodagh joined the firm in November 2013.  Clodagh has extensive experience in Civil Litigation and advises on all aspects of litigation matters from personal injury claims, property disputes and Estate disputes.  She has gained practical experience in all aspects of litigation procedure in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court.

Clodagh also practices in the areas of family law and employment law appearing before the Work Relations Commission on numerous occasions representing both the Employer an Employee.

Clodagh is a zealous advocate for her clients whether it’s negotiating for fair compensation for an injured party or passionately representing her client’s rights in family law matters.  She brings with her a strong skill set, great work ethic and a wealth of legal experience.

Overview

Tracey is one of the leading solicitors in the firm’s Probate, Wills and Estate Planning Team. She joined Healy Crowley & Co Solicitors in 2015 as a trainee having worked previously in a law firm in West Cork.

She specialises in Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates and Taxation which includes the preparation of Wills, tax planning and any contentious probate matters.  She has a particular interest in the drafting and preparation of complex Wills.

Tracey enjoys taking the time to get to know her clients to ensure that she provides practical and suitable solutions to their individual requirements. Karol Cunniffe

Overview

Karol is one of the firm’s leading conveyancing solicitors in our Property Team.

Karol’s work is predominately in residential and commercial conveyancing. During his seventeen years as a solicitor he has built up a wealth of knowledge dealing with an array of residential and commercial transactions for individuals including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, new build property transactions and voluntary transfers.

Karol looks to deal with all transactions in a proactive way and to explain issues in a clear and simple manner and his clients respect his measured and frank advice. Property transactions can be a stressful time but Karol ensures that the process is made easier and runs as smoothly as possible.

Susan O’Farrell

Overview

Susan is one of the main members of the firm’s Probate, Wills and Estate Planning Team. She previously worked for a law firm in Cork before joining Healy Crowley & Co Solicitors in 2023.

She has over twenty years of experience and advises on matters Wills, Administration of Estates and Powers of Attorney.  She also helps her clients plan for inheritance tax and protect assets within their Wills and Trusts structures.

Susan prides herself on being friendly and approachable as she believes it is important to get to know her clients to provide them with the best possible advice. She is very thorough and likes to ensure that her clients fully understand how their affairs will be dealt with and the process that needs to be followed in all areas that she practices in.
